Footsteps of Paul Cruise

 Day 1 - 29 August 2026

Depart Dublin on a morning flight arriving in Athens around 12pm. You will be met at Athens airport and enjoy a orientation tour of Athens including Olympic stadium & palaces. Check in hotel. Remainder of evening free.

Day 2 - 30 August 2026

After breakfast, morning trip to Acropolis & Mars Hill. Paul addressed a group of philosophers meeting on Rock Hill where he rebuked them regarding humanities attempt to make gods and preaching that there is only one God. As the Acropolis sits high above the city it served as a defense vitsfrl, religous centre and for high status individuals . Paul preached against the godess Athena proclaiming one true God. Acts 17 v 16-34. Transfer to the port of Piraeus, where you’ll embark on the Celebrity Infinity around 1:00 p.m. The ship sets sail at 5:00 p.m

 Day 3 - 31 August 2026

Day at Sea Spend a relaxing day at sea as you sail through the tranquil blue waters of the Aegean. Take advantage of the ship’s amenities, dine in a variety of restaurants, or simply unwind on deck as you enjoy panoramic views of the Mediterranean. This is an ideal opportunity to rest and prepare for the fascinating ports ahead.

Day 4 - 01 September 2026

Ephesus (Kusadasi), Turkey Arrive in the port of Kusadasi and journey inland to the ancient city of Ephesus. Included will be our own private tour to Ephesus. Visit this state where Paul spent 3 years until Demetrius incited a riot because he believed Paul’s teachings were harming his livelihood as a silversmith making idols to Artemis. Acts 19 v 23-41.

Day 5 - 02 September 2026

Santorini, Greece (07:00 – 22:00) Santorini offers one of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world, with its whitewashed villages and cobalt-blue domes perched high above the Aegean Sea. We recommend joining a Celebrity Cruises shore excursion to explore the picturesque towns of Oia and Fira, sample local wines, and learn about the island’s volcanic past. As the sun sets over the caldera, enjoy a leisurely evening taking in the island’s unforgettable views

Day 6 - 03 September 2026

Rhodes, Greece (09:00 – 19:00) Today you’ll explore the island of Rhodes, steeped in ancient history and medieval charm. Wander through the beautifully preserved Old Town, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, where cobblestone lanes and stone towers tell stories of the Crusader Knights who once ruled here. You may also visit the scenic village of Lindos, where the Acropolis of Lindos offers sweeping views over the turquoise sea. This stop perfectly blends history, culture, and coastal beauty. Paul stopped in Rhodes on his way to Jerusalem. Acts 21 v 1.

Day 7 - 04 September 2026

Mykonos, Greece (07:00 – 18:00) Arrive in Mykonos, a lively yet traditional island known for its bright white buildings, charming harbour, and signature windmills. Spend the morning exploring Mykonos town’s winding streets or relaxing by the sea. For those interested in ancient history, consider an optional excursion to the nearby island of Delos, one of the most important archaeological and religious sites in the Aegean. Paul travelled from Athens past Mykonos to Ephesus. Return to the ship in the late afternoon and enjoy the relaxed island atmosphere as you set sail.

Day 8 - 05 September 2026

Thessaloniki, Greece (09:00 21:00) Acts 17 v 1-13. Your voyage continues north to Thessaloniki, a city rich in both ancient and modern significance. Paul established one of his early Christian communities here, and today the city blends vibrant urban life with deep historical roots. A half day excursion of Thessalonica is included.

Day 9 - 06 September 2026

Day at Sea Enjoy a final, leisurely day at sea as your ship sails back toward Athens. Take in the Aegean scenery from the deck, indulge in the ship’s dining and entertainment options, or simply relax and reflect on the journey’s highlights

Day 10 - 07 September 2026

This morning, your ship returns to Athens, marking the end of your journey through the lands of the Apostle Paul. After breakfast, disembark and continue your travels to Corinth where Paul stayed 18 months working as a tentmaker preaching to Jews & Greeks. Acts 18 v1-11, Romans 16 v 23 Overnight in Athens

Day 11 - 08 September 2026

After breakfast, transfer to Athens airport for mid afternoon flight, arriving into Dublin.
