Tuesday 12 November 2024 - Depart Dublin/Belfast for onward flight to Tel Aviv.  Meeting and assistance by your guide to hotel in Tiberias.

Wednesday 13 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel.  Morning boat trip on Sea of Galilee. Drive to Capernaum, the town of Jesus.  Visit Tabgha and enjoy a service at the shore before visiting the Church showing the mosaic of 5 loaves and 2 fishes. Continue to the Mount of Beatitudes.

Time for lunch before visiting Magdala, the newly excavated fishing village on the shores of Galilee. Nof Ginossar hotel for dinner and overnight.

Thursday 14 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel. Depart Galillee and travel west to the Med Coast where you reach the ancient city of Caesarea Maritima.  Another example of Herod’s fantastic palaces and where remains fantastic archeological remains of the city. 

From there travel towards the Carmel Mountain Range to Mukhraka and the superb view point across the Jezreel Valley.  This area is remembered best for the Old Testament account of Elijah slaying the prophets of Baal. Short lunch stop and then on to Nazareth to the Nazareth Village

This village brings to life the town of Nazareth in Jesus’ time.  You will learn much about the industry of the area and the Biblical references made to local culture, bringing the Bible alive to you. Visit the Church of Annunciation and Mary’s Well. Return to Tiberias. Dinner and overnight at Royal Plaza Hotel.

Friday 15 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel. Today you leave the Galilee region to head south towards Jerusalem. On your way you visit Sahne – enjoy the all-year-round warm water spring. As you continue throughout the Jordan Valley you will look towards Jericho as you go to Qasr ell Yahud, one of the baptismal sites along the Jordan River. As the evening sun sets, you will catch your first glimpse of Jerusalem, from Mount Scopus before arriving at the Yehuda hotel for your next 6 nights. Dinner and overnight at Yehuda Hotel.

Saturday 16 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel. Drive through the Judean Desert to the Dead Sea. Continue along the shores of the Dead Sea to Masada. Ascend/descend by cable car to visit this famous stronghold. Swim in the Dead Sea at Kalia Beach. Return to Jerusalem. Dinner and overnight at Yehuda Hotel.

Sunday 17 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel. This morning depart Jerusalem for Bethlehem to visit the Shepherd’s Field and Manger Square. This afternoon, drive to Mt. of Olives. Enjoy the panoramic view over old and new Jerusalem. Visit the Garden of Gethsemane and enjoy a short service in the Garden. Finish your day at the house of Caiaphas.

Monday 18 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel. 11:00 Drive to Yad Vashem Holocaust Memorial for visit. This afternoon enjoy a walking tour of the Old City including Pool of Bethesda, Church of Holy Sepulchre, Western Wall and City of David Excavations. Sound & Light Show on Walls of David’s Citadel just inside the Jaffa Gate.  Dinner and overnight at hotel.

Tuesday 19 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel. Your morning starts with a visit and time to enjoy a service at the Garden Tomb with Communion as you look towards Gordon’s Calvary. This afternoon, drive to the Israel Museum and visit the Model of the Old City. This gives you a great insight into the layout and structure of the Old City of Jerusalem from Old Testament times.

From here you will take a short visit to the Shrine of the Book at the Israel Museum. This is the collection of books found in the desert by the Shepherd boy at Qumran. Dinner at hotel.

Wednesday 20 November 2024 - Breakfast at hotel. Transfer to airport in time for your return flight.
