COACH
On arrival in London the group will be met by Dhillon Coaches.
Dhillon Coaches are fully equipped with DVD and toilet facilities. Toilet facilities are to be used as an emergency only, due to strict French laws that do not allow the tank to be emptied until the bus returns to the UK.
You will travel to from London to France Via the Channel Tunnel. On arrival in France we will stop for lunch.
Throughout your tour bottled water can be purchased from the coach driver at 50p per bottle.
HOTEL
You will be staying at the New Regina Hotel Ypres for 4 nights. This hotel hosts an excellent location. The Menin gate, Cloth Hall, shops restaurants are on your doorstep.
Breakfast will be provided by the Regina Hotel, as well as 3 lunches on your touring days. For your convenience we have arranged dinner at the hotel for your first night. This will be a nice opportunity for you to meet others and dine together.
GUIDE
Tom Saunders will be your guide for 5 Days. Tom will travel from Northern Ireland with you.
Tom is an experienced WW1 Battlefield Guide covering the France and Belgium Battlefields. He’s a volunteer guide for the Somme Association at the Somme Museum and the Ulster Tower in Thiepval France. Last year he was a guide for Leger Tours during the Royal British Legion GP90 event and at the Centenary Armistice Commemoration in Ypres.”

Trevor Beatty along with Denis Lyle have carefully planned this tour. Both Trevor and Denis will escort you on this trip. Both tour managers will correspond with the guide throughout the trip to ensure your journey is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

If you would like to arrange close to the above sites, our guide will do his best to include this is the trip. Please provide us with the Grace Location so we can confirm if this is possible.

This tour has been organised with your Tour Managers and the content of the tour has been agreed. The itinerary may change and will be subject to flight times, grave visits and circumstances beyond our control. For full booking conditions please contact our office.
Your deposit is non-refundable after booking unless the group doesn’t materialize.
Cancellation charges will occur right up to the date of departure. Please ensure payments are made by the date in question. Failure to do this may result in us not being able to trace your payment.
It is your responsibility to ensure you have adequate insurance for your trip and a copy must be furnished to your group leader prior to travel. If you wish to purchase insurance, please call our office and you will be given the details of the insurance and our obligations under the Financial Conduct Authority.
We offer a Foreign Exchange service and euros may be purchased at our office. No commission charged. A booking form for currency will be available closer to your travel date if you wish to purchase currency.
